LA SESSION POLICIES
Thank you for choosing to create with me.
The following policies are in place to protect both your experience and the integrity of the studio schedule. Please review them carefully prior to booking.
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.
Your booking is confirmed once the retainer is received.
The retainer is applied toward your total session investment.
Because studio time is reserved exclusively for you, retainers are not refundable or transferable.
Rescheduling
Each session may be rescheduled 1 time with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
The new session date must take place within one month of the original session date and is subject to studio availability.
Rescheduling beyond this timeframe will require a new booking and retainer.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the retainer remains non-refundable.
In the case of no-show or late notification about rescheduling, the client forfeits their session retainer. The retainer will serve as a cancellation fee.
Payment
The remaining balance with add-ons are due on the day of your session.
Accepted payment methods:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Debit/Credit Card (processing fee applies: 3.5% U.S. cards / 5% international cards)
Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered within 2 weeks of the session date if the Photographer selects the images.
If the client chooses to select images, delivery occurs within two weeks from the date selections are submitted.
Edited galleries remain available for 30 days.

Below you may review the full Photography Session Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to booking. A signed copy will be required before your session
