NY SESSION POLICIES
Thank you for choosing to create with me.
The following policies are in place to protect both your experience and the integrity of the studio schedule. Please review them carefully prior to booking.
Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.
Your booking is confirmed once the retainer is received.
The retainer is applied toward your total session investment.
Because studio time is reserved exclusively for you, retainers are not refundable or transferable.
Rescheduling
Each session may be rescheduled 1 time with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
The new session date must be within one month of the original session date. Rescheduled sessions are subject to current rates and availability.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the retainer remains non-refundable.
In the case of no-show or late notification about rescheduling, the client forfeits their session retainer. The retainer will serve as a cancellation fee.
Payment
The remaining balance with add-ons are due on the day of your session.
Accepted payment methods:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Debit/Credit Card (processing fee applies: 3.5% U.S. cards / 5% international cards)
Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered in 2 weeks if the Photographer selects the images.
If the Client chooses to select images, final edited images are delivered in 2 weeks from the date selections are submitted.
Image selections must be submitted within 14 days of gallery delivery. If selections are not submitted within 14 days, delivery timelines may be extended and the project will be completed according to the Photographer's current schedule and workload.
If selections are submitted more than 8 months after gallery delivery, a reactivation fee may apply.
Projects not completed within 12 months may be closed and image availability cannot be guaranteed.
Edited galleries remain available for 30 days.
Full Agreement & Waiver
Below you may review the full Photography Session Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to booking. A signed copy will be required before your session
