DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit of $300 is required to book and secure the date for your session. This deposit also serves as a cancellation fee. The deposit will be applied towards the final payment. The remaining balance is due on the date of the session and must be settled at the studio after the session.

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

    The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations notified more than 30 days before the scheduled session.

 

    For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules by notifying me at least 7 days prior to their session date/time and re-books during our next visit to NYC. The rescheduled session must be scheduled within the next 4 months.

 

    For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session,or any last-minute cancellations, and no-shows, the client forfeits their session deposit of $300 without the right to reschedule or credit the deposit towards a future session, which acts as a cancellation fee.

 

BY PLACING THE DEPOSIT THE CLIENT AGREES TO THE TERMS ABOVE
