BOOK YOUR PHOTO SESSION
PLEASE READ
BEFORE BOOKING
DEPOSIT POLICY:
The deposit of $200 is required to book and hold the date for your session. This deposit also serves as a cancellation fee. No refunds are allowed once the date is booked. The deposit will be applied towards the final payment. The remaining balance is due on the date of the session and must be paid at the studio after the session.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• However, you can reschedule your session one time by notifying me at least 72 hours (3 days) before your session date/time.
• The new date must be within 1 month of the original date to apply the deposit towards the new session.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before your session date/time, or any last-minute cancellations, and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit ($200) without the right to reschedule or credit the deposit towards a future session.
By placing the deposit the client agrees to the terms above.
MAY BOOKINGS
May bookings can only be rescheduled for the month of September and will be subject to updated rates.
